When I try to login to my account after loading a ps5 online game it refuses to sign me in. it boots me out and requests for me to sign in again.

Hello,

I am having an issue signing into my Microsoft account in Forza Horizon 5 on PlayStation 5.

When I start the sign-in process and enter the code on my phone, it says "Sign-in successful." However, on my PS5, I receive the following message:

"You cannot continue without signing in to a profile."

I have already tried the following:

Restarting my PS5.

Restarting the game multiple times.

Creating a completely new PlayStation Network account and trying again.

The same issue occurs with multiple PSN accounts.

Since the problem also occurs with a brand-new PSN account, I believe the issue may be related to my Microsoft account or the account linking process rather than my PlayStation account.
