    Hi there,

I'm Cherrelyn, and I’m here to help.

    Please try these suggestion:

    1. Restart your device – This clears the temporary lockout triggered by too many incorrect PIN attempts.
    2. Use your Microsoft account password – On the sign-in screen, click "Sign-in options" and select password instead of PIN.
    3. Reset your PIN – Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options, then select "I forgot my PIN" and follow the prompts.
    4. Clear Teams credentials –
      • Press Windows + R, type credwiz, and remove any stored Teams credentials.
      • Then open Teams, sign in again, and check if it works.
    5. Uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Teams – to ensure a clean app state.

I hope this helps and if you have any question please don't hesitate to leave a comment.

    Warm regards,

    Cherrelyn
