Hello Rhea Liza Sangalang,   Welcome to the Microsoft Community. According to your description, you are currently experiencing the Too Many Requests issue when using OneDrive in Mac, in general, this error indicates that the server thinks that the client is sending too many requests and has triggered a limit. Thus, we first need to confirm your account type, are you using an organizational account (work or school account) or a personal account (Microsoft account)? In some cases, users have exceeded their organization's usage limits, which has led to this type of error.

Considering that this issue is mainly caused by temporary access restrictions, waiting for a while might be able to alleviate it, you can try closing the OneDrive app first and wait for about 10 minutes to restart your device to check if the same issue exists.

Sometimes, the cache or some bugs in the app itself may also cause the same issue, you can test it through the OneDrive web side, if you are able to access onedrive.live.com without any problem, then, it means that there is an issue with the app in your device, whereas, if the issue occurs at both ends, it is more likely to be a network issue or a temporary backend issue.

For network issues, check if web proxy software is currently enabled, if so, disable it and try again. Or, try to connect the device to another network, such as a cell phone hotspot, to check if the same problem exists.

And for possible issues with the app, you can try resetting OneDrive: Reset OneDrive - Microsoft Support
