Hello Osama Elsayed,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.
Thank you for your detailed description of the issue and the screenshots you shared.
I fully believe that your Anker soundcore R50i is fine. Otherwise, it won't work properly on other laptops. But I seem to have noticed that you haven't contacted the after-sales support team of Anker soundcore R50i regarding this issue, have you? In fact, if you wish to receive professional advice, it is very necessary to contact them.
We are not beside your computer, so our understanding of your question is limited to your description and screenshots. Based on all the information you provided, it seems that the Anker soundcore R50i has only been recognized by your computer as an audio device. In the Device Manager, it can be confirmed that the name of the device is displayed under the Bluetooth Tag, but it is not in the audio input and output tags. For the time being, it is impossible to determine what your computer recognizes it for, but there must be some problem here.
My current suggestion is: Please click "View" on the Device Manager menu bar, then click "Show Hidden Devices". Next, please check if you can see the soundcore R50i under the "Audio Inputand Output" Tag. If so, please double-click it and then click "Drivers - Uninstall Devices". After completion, also uninstall all devices with the soundcore R50i name under the Bluetooth Tag. Finally, go back to your first screenshot page, remove the soundcore R50i from your computer, and try pairing it with your computer again.
I can't guarantee that this solution will solve your problem, but why not give it a try? The principle is to completely disconnect the Bluetooth headset from the computer, and then let the computer treat it as a new Bluetooth device and re-pair it. Theoretically, it should appear under the audio input and output tags.
It would be even better if the after-sales support of Anker soundcore R50i could offer some additional suggestions. At least for now, I don't think it's necessary to reinstall your computer.
Best Regards,
