On Exchange 2013, is there way to disable OWA login but allow mail from anonymous senders?

Hello,

Since the default frontend connector require Anonymous logon on port 25, is there way to disable OWA logon access but still allow incoming mail from anonymous source.

Hi, those are two different things. OWA uses port 443. If you want to disable OWA access, you can stop the OWA app pool on the Exchange Server or disable it via Powershell or EAC per maibox:
