How to access Copilot Agent definitions built using Agent Builder and metrics via API or SDK?

I'm working with Microsoft Copilot Agents built using Agent Builder and want to programmatically access agent definitions (e.g., name,tools, triggers,knowledgebase ,instructions, owner) and usage metrics, using a service principal. For the Copilot Studio Agents, we can access them using the Dataverse bot tables, however they don't include the agents built using Agent Builder directly into the Copilot Chat.
Are there any supported Dataverse tables, Web APIs, or SDKs (e.g. Java SDK) that exposes this?
