Good day. I am trying to create an individual developer account. My account is eligible and all details are correct. However after i choose my account type in Stage 1, at Stage 2 when i click "begin verification process", it immediately responds by saying "verification service unavailable.". I tried many solutions from online and AI, however noting is changing.
Please advise on this issue.
