Why Signing up for M365 Trial creates another tenant than signing up for Azure Subscription?

I signed up for Azure PAYG using a Outlook account in 2020 year and it created a Tenant

And then in 2026 I signed up for Microsoft M365 Trial for the sake of testing the Cloud PC and the created another tenant.

Unfourtuantely My access to the M365 has stopped working since then. It says

Switch to an account that has permission
Your account doesn't have permission to view or manage this page
Login is not supported for consumer users without business presence.

I had to create another User in the old tenant and assigned Global Admin to login into M365 portal. I dont know what to do to get back access to M365 from the original account.
