Microsoft Account Stolen or Email Alias Changed Without My Permission – Minecraft Java & Bedrock Licenses Missing

Hello Microsoft Community,

I believe my Microsoft account may have been hacked or stolen, and I need help recovering it.

My Gmail address is [<PII removed>gmail.com], and my Microsoft/Outlook account was [<PII removed>@outlook.com]. This Microsoft account owned my Minecraft Java Edition and Minecraft Bedrock Edition licenses for PC.

Recently, I discovered that I could no longer sign in to my Microsoft account. When I tried logging in with my Outlook address, Microsoft reported that the account did not exist or was not recognized. However, when I tried adding the same address elsewhere, it said the address was already taken.

I also noticed that my Outlook account had disappeared from the account profiles associated with my Gmail address. During one of the sign-in attempts, I was redirected to a page showing an unfamiliar email address ending in @bibimail.net, which I do not recognize.

I did not intentionally remove my Microsoft account or transfer my Minecraft licenses. I am concerned that someone may have gained access to my account and changed its sign-in information or security details without my permission.

I previously had two-factor authentication disabled, but I have since enabled it where I still have access. I still cannot access my original Microsoft account normally, and I am worried about losing my Minecraft Java Edition and Bedrock Edition purchases permanently.

My questions are:

Is it possible that someone changed my Microsoft account's primary alias or replaced my sign-in email?

Can Microsoft investigate whether my account's email address, aliases, or security information were changed without my authorization?

How can I recover the original account and restore access to my Minecraft Java and Bedrock licenses?

If someone changed the account's email address, can Microsoft help me recover it using my original Gmail address and proof of purchase?

I can provide any necessary information to verify ownership of the account and Minecraft purchases through the official recovery process.

Thank you for your help.
