Need help with migrating my VM version

I've received notification that we need to migrate our VMs to v6 as we have legacy VMs running.

I'm trying to submit a support request to get some help with this to no avail.

None of the knowledge base steps work to any sort of help suggestions related to this exactly.

    I think it depends on where the support request gets stuck. Is the form not showing up, or do u get an error when submitting it? If there's an error, pls share the exact message.

    If u reach the Recommended solution page, select Return to support request, then Next. VM technical support requires a support plan and the right subscription permissions. U can also choose Phone as the contact method when submitting the request.
