I am unable to open a website this morning that I need for my work.

The website address is Cambly.com. I enter it every day from a Desktop icon. This morning it wouldn´t open. I have tried through Google and through Bing. The support desk of Cambly told me it was my internet problem but my ISP tells me there is no problem with my internet.
Can you help?

Great! Glad to help.

I cannot close chats, sorry. But you can accept the answer or answers that helped you. Essentially, it states that the reported problem has been resolved.

You mentioned that you also tried using "Bing" and it didn't work. I'm not sure if you were using the Microsoft Edge browser, so I'll provide the steps for performing this cleanup in Microsoft Edge, just in case you need to do it there as well.

  1. Open "Settings and more (Alt + F)" and select "Settings";
  2. In the left panel, select "Privacy, Search and Services";
  3. Click on the "Choose what to clear" button;
  4. Under "Time range", change to "All time";
  5. Leave at least "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" selected;
  6. Click on "Clean now";
  7. Close and open your browser.

Best regards!

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

See if the website will open in an InPrivate/Incognito window.

To open the InPrivate/Incognito window, open the browser and press "Ctrl + Shift + N". (For Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome)

If the website also fails to open in an InPrivate/Incognito window, does it display any error message/code?

If it just keeps loading, wait to see if an error message/code appears, and let me know what it is.

Please let me know how it goes.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

    I will await a further response. I need to open this website for my work. I have used it every day for the last 6 years but today it will not open.

    I have contacted my Internet Provider and there is no internet malfunction. I have also contacted Cambly who told me to contact my internet provider.

    The website is Cambly.com

    Thanks
