Title: Artifact Signing organisation identity validation failed without a reason
Our Public organisation identity-validation request for CAMBRENSIS LTD shows “Failed”. The signing account was created successfully, but the portal provides no explanation for the validation failure.
There may have been a problem with facial verification, but this is unconfirmed.
How can I obtain the recorded failure reason and establish whether to retry or create a new request? My Basic Azure support plan prevents me from submitting a technical support ticket.
I can provide the request ID through a private support channel.

2026-10-15T13:34:07.0533333+00:00 The answer does not establish which verification stage failed in my request. I need the Artifact Signing team to inspect the recorded failure and advise whether it can be retried safely. Please provide a private route for supplying the request ID.
