    Hello Sagar pro7984,

Use the following steps to complete the installation and find the apps:

1.Go back to the Microsoft 365 apps page and start the install again:

2.When the browser shows the download bar or prompt:

    • In Microsoft Edge select Run.
    • In Chrome select Setup.
    • In Firefox select Save File, then open the downloaded file.

3.If prompted by User Account Control with “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?”, select Yes. This actually starts the Office installer.

4.Wait until the installer shows "You're all set! Office is installed now" and an animation of where to find the apps, then select Close.

5.To confirm the apps are installed:

    • Select the Start button.
    • Type Word (or Excel, PowerPoint) and select it from the results.

If nothing happens when selecting Install in the browser, try:

    1. Use InPrivate/Incognito mode:
      • Right-click the browser icon on the taskbar > New InPrivate window / New incognito window.
      • Go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps, sign in, then select Install > Install again.
    2. Make sure the subscription is active. If the Install button is greyed out, renew the Microsoft 365 subscription, then repeat the install steps.

If the installer appears to hang or take a very long time:

    1. Restart the computer, then check if Office is already installed by searching for Word from the Start menu.
    2. If still missing, switch to a wired network connection and run the installer again.
    3. If on a slow or unreliable connection, use the Office offline installer as described in Use the Office offline installer

If the issue still persists, please let me know which Microsoft 365 subscription you currently have and whether the subscription is still active. Also, please confirm what device you are using, including the Windows version.

I hope this helps. Welcome to share any updates when you have time.

Thank you very much for your valuable time and your cooperation.

    Try this in order:

    1. Sign in with the correct account
      • Open an Office app if it appears, and sign in with the account used to buy or receive Office 365.
      • If it is a school account, use the work or school account instead of a personal account.
      • Check whether the subscription is attached to the account at Services & subscriptions.
    2. Check for multiple Office installs Activation can fail if more than one copy of Office is installed.
      • Open Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
      • Search for office.
      • If more than one version appears, uninstall the version not being used.
      • Restart the PC.
    3. Check subscription status
      • Close all Microsoft 365 apps.
      • Go to Services & subscriptions.
      • Review the subscription under Subscriptions or Cancelled subscriptions.
      • If expired, renew it, then restart the Office apps.
    4. Run Office as administrator This can fix permission-related activation problems.
      • Close all Office apps.
      • Select Start and type Word.
      • Right-click Word and select Run as administrator.
      • If prompted, select Yes.
      • Then try File > Account > Activate Product or use Reactivate if shown.
    5. Check date, time, and time zone Incorrect system time can block activation.
      • Close all Office apps.
      • Select the date/time in the taskbar.
      • Open Date and time settings.
      • Turn on Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically if available.
      • Reopen an Office app.
    6. Run the Microsoft 365 activation troubleshooter
      • Run it on the same Windows PC where Microsoft 365 is installed.
      • It requires Windows 10 or later.
      • Follow the prompts in Get Help.
    7. If Office still does not open or activate, reinstall it completely
      • Deactivate the install.
      • Completely uninstall Office using the uninstall tool.
      • Reinstall Office.

If Office was newly purchased with a product key and never redeemed, redeem it first at Office.com/setup or https://microsoft365.com/setup.
