If the Canon PIXMA MG3520 is installed but does not appear in the print list, use this Windows 11 path:

    1. Check that the printer is turned on and connected correctly.
      • If it is wireless, make sure the printer is on the same network as the PC.
      • If it is USB, reconnect the cable and try a different USB port.
    2. Open Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
      • Confirm whether the printer appears there.
      • If it is missing, select Add a printer & scanner > Add device.
    3. If Windows does not find it automatically, select The printer that I want isn't listed > Add a new device manually, then follow the prompts.
    4. Restart the Print Spooler service.
      • Press Windows key + R
      • Type services.msc and press Enter
      • Find Print Spooler
      • Right-click it and select Restart
    5. Update or reinstall the printer driver.
      • Open Start > Device Manager
      • Expand Printers
      • Right-click the Canon printer and select Update driver
      • If no update is available, select Uninstall device, restart the PC, and let Windows try to reinstall the driver automatically
    6. After the printer is installed, check Windows Update for updated drivers.
    7. If the printer is installed but still is not being selected for printing, set it as the default printer.
      • In Settings > Printers & scanners, select the printer
      • Select Manage
      • Select Set as default

If the printer still does not appear in print dialogs after these steps, remove it from Printers & scanners, then reinstall it and install the latest driver package available for that printer model.
