Hello,

I recently upgraded my PC hardware, switching from an Intel platform to AMD, which included replacing both my motherboard and processor.

Since the hardware change, Windows 11 Pro is no longer activated and displays the error code 0xC004F211.

When I run the Activation Troubleshooter and select "I changed hardware on this device recently", I receive the following error message:

"We can’t find any devices linked to your Microsoft account that can be used for reactivating the device you’re using right now."

I am logged in with my primary Microsoft account, which should be linked to my original digital license. Could you please assist me in transferring my license to this new hardware configuration?

Thank you for your help!

    Hi!

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

First, as you mentioned, If you purchased Windows digitally, check your purchase confirmation or Microsoft account order history for the key or license details.
