You should give details about what is wrong with Microsoft Rewards. I am tired of fishing around on my computer for answers that you seem to not know how to answer.

It's your system that is down, not mine. Just tell us when it will be fixed.\

I’m not sure why I’m being an ass to solve the problem. I do not know how your system works. All I need to do is push the redeem now button to receive my $10 point redemption.

There is no published service-status or repair-time information here for a Microsoft Rewards redemption outage.

Supported causes for redemption failures include:

    1. Wrong verification code entered. If there were too many failed phone verification attempts, redemption must wait 48 hours before trying again.
    2. The phone number is already used on too many Microsoft Rewards accounts. The limit is 6 accounts per household per phone number.
    3. A VoIP number was used. Redemption requires a mobile or landline number.
    4. Redemption is being attempted while traveling or from a different region than the Microsoft account region.
    5. A VPN is being used.
    6. The reward may be out of stock or unavailable.

To check the order state after redeeming:

    • Sign in to the Rewards page.
    • Select Redeem.
    • Select Order history.
    • Check the Status column.

If an order was cancelled, the documented common reasons are region mismatch, redeeming in multiple regions, VPN use, VoIP phone use, or the reward being unavailable.

If none of those apply, the documented next step is to contact Microsoft Rewards Support.
