Issue After Copilot Upgrade – Missing Project Work and Chat History

Following the Copilot upgrade, all of my previous projects and project chats have disappeared. I am unable to locate any of the conversations or associated project data that were previously available. I cannot find the related chat in history either.

Could you please investigate this issue on a priority basis and restore the missing data at the earliest, as it is impacting my ability to access important project information and ongoing work?

    For the updated Copilot app, existing Projects were renamed to Notebooks. Check the left navigation pane in the Copilot app for Notebooks to find previous project content.

    If chats or project-related content are missing after the upgrade, the supported checks are:

    1. Verify the account used to sign in Make sure the same sign-in method is being used as before: personal Microsoft account, Google, or Apple. If Google or Apple was used previously, select Continue with Google or Continue with Apple on sign-in.
