A program that grants points for using Bing search, which users can redeem for gift cards, sweepstakes entries, or charitable donations.
Redeem the Robux reward through the Microsoft Rewards website and choose SMS verification with a mobile or landline number; the Bing app is unnecessary when that verification option is available.^1^
Redeem without the Bing app
- Open the Microsoft Rewards Redeem page in a web browser.
- Sign in with the Microsoft account containing your Rewards points.
- Select the available Roblox/Robux reward and start redemption.
- When verification appears, choose the option to receive a code by phone.
- Enter the code and complete the redemption.
The number must be a working mobile or landline number; VoIP numbers are not accepted. Redeem in the same country or region where the Rewards account was registered, without a VPN or proxy.^1^
If “Verify with the Bing app” is the only option
That option uses a QR code as an alternative to SMS, but it still requires the Bing app. Microsoft documents no way to complete that particular verification flow without the app.^2^
If SMS is not offered:
- Try the redemption website in another supported, updated browser or device.
- If Bing-app verification remains the only choice, submit the form for Microsoft Rewards Support from the QR-verification support page. The Rewards team must review account-specific verification availability.
- Do not repeatedly enter incorrect phone codes: after too many unsuccessful attempts, Microsoft requires a 48-hour wait before trying again.^1^
If the Robux reward itself is missing, it may be temporarily unavailable or unavailable for that account or region; Microsoft advises checking the Redeem page again because gift-card availability changes.^1^
