Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

As well as the information already provided I wanted to mention that neither Support nor anyone here (as this is an open forum) would be able to help with account recovery. Once you have completed the account recovery form located here https://support.xbox.com/forms/recover-your-microsoft-account please be sure to keep an eye on your email including the junk/spam folder for the response.

Use the Microsoft account hacked-account recovery flow first.

    1. Start with the sign-in helper tool for the Microsoft account that was used with Minecraft. It asks for the email address or phone number and then shows the supported self-help steps or offers the option to talk to an agent.
    2. Before changing the password, run a full malware scan on the PC. Microsoft recommends making sure antivirus is up to date, then going to Virus and threat protection > Scan options > Full scan > Scan now.
    3. After the scan, if sign-in is still possible, change the Microsoft account password immediately. If sign-in is not possible, use the password reset path.
    4. Check account settings that are commonly changed after a compromise, especially connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies.
    5. If normal sign-in recovery does not work, complete the Microsoft account recovery form using a working email address that can receive replies. Include as much account history as possible. For Outlook/Hotmail accounts, exact email subject lines and contact details can help. Results are sent to the working email within 24 hours.
    6. If the recovery form is denied, it can be retried up to two times per day.
    7. After access is restored, secure the account by adding or updating security info and enabling stronger sign-in options such as Microsoft Authenticator or passwordless sign-in.

    Important limits:

    • Support agents are not allowed to send password reset links or access and change account details.
    • For Minecraft-specific recovery, the available context only points to Microsoft account recovery first. One Microsoft Q&A item also states that Microsoft Q&A does not support Minecraft directly.
