does anyone know if its possible to reappeal a ban?

i got banned perma on xbox in sep 2020 and been trying to appeal the ban my account was hacked around this time to so i never even got to submit a appeal as the person who was trying to steal my account appealed and it got denied every time i try explaining this support just say they cant help and there's no way to contact enforcement

Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas. In this case, as there is no direct way to contact enforcements, and given that a long time has passed, the ban can no longer be reappeal. However, you can still go to the Xbox enforcement page to make sure.
