PS 360 to PS One Transition Issue

Currently while we transition from PS360 to PS One, if we have a linked report in ps360 (ex hand and wrist) that both exams were read in PS360 and the Final report posts appropriately in ps360, EMR RIS, and in PS One. If however this linked hand and wrist are Addended in PS One, the Final (A) report does not go back to the EMR, nor does it update the linked exam - the linked exam still shows Final, with no addendum.
Appreciate any assistance and/or work arounds
