    Hi Vivek,

Based on similar cases, this type of error is commonly related to permissions or identity-related issues within OneDrive/SharePoint, including Site User ID mismatches where the user account and OneDrive site information no longer align correctly.

Since the issue persists across multiple browsers and after signing out and back in, your IT administrator may be able to help investigate the following:

1/ Run the SharePoint and OneDrive "Site User ID Mismatch" diagnostic to check whether your account identity is correctly associated with your OneDrive site.

2/ Check your permissions on the OneDrive site to confirm that your account is correctly recognized and granted access. Your administrator may also compare your current Microsoft Entra ID object and UPN with the site user entry to ensure they match.

3/ If the issue persists after the above checks, consider having your IT admin contacting Microsoft Support and provide the Correlation ID and timestamp from the error page for further investigation.

I hope this information is helpful. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions or updates.
