Problem with activation office 2024 key

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding an issue with installing and activating Microsoft Office 2024. I purchased an Office product key through a website and am trying to activate it using the official activation process.

After entering the product key and selecting the option to install the 64-bit version of Office, I receive an error message stating that the service is currently unavailable due to technical difficulties. This issue has been occurring for an entire week. I have tried the activation process multiple times, but the same error message continues to appear.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and help me complete the installation and activation of the product for which I purchased a license key. If there is an alternative method for installing or activating Office, please provide me with the appropriate instructions.

Since this issue has persisted for a week, I would appreciate a concrete solution as soon as possible.

    An important clue is in your first screen shot, which states that your product key is for volume licensing (I am repeating part of your screen shot below).

    Contact the seller and request your money back or perhaps they are willing to offer a replacement product such as Office Home & Business 2024, which is licensed to be used by individuals (home use).
