No puedo acceder a mi cuenta de Microsoft

Mi cuenta fue hackeada. El soporte técnico me restableció el acceso al correo, pero el alias/perfil quedó corrupto. Sufro un bucle infinito de inicio de sesión al intentar acceder a microsoft.com y no puedo entrar a mi cuenta, para administrarla, ni siquiera puedo restablecer mi nombre de usuario (el hacker puso un montón de caracteres chinos en mi nombre de usuario que no se qué significan, pero aparecen como autor en los documentos que envío a mis clientes).

If you had a secondary address or phone # linked to the account and the hackers did not remove them, try logging in with the phone # or alternate address. Otherwise, you will need to contact support again as no one here has access to your account. Sorry.
