I’m having trouble signing in to Microsoft Teams on my iPhone, and I’m hoping someone has come across this before.

**Background
**I was previously signed in to Teams and the app was working. I was having problems with notifications not coming through consistently, so to try to fix this, I signed out of Teams. Since signing out, I haven’t been able to sign back in.

**Error message
**When I try to sign in, I get the following:
Error code: 800410028
Correlation ID: [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]

Since Teams was working before you signed out, I’d first try updating Teams and restarting your iPhone. If that doesn’t help, go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Teams, choose Offload App, then reinstall it and try signing in again.

Also, try signing in to Teams at https://teams.microsoft.com using Safari. If it works there but not in the app, the issue may be specific to the app or its saved sign-in information. If it’s a work or school account, your organization’s IT admin may need to check the sign-in logs or device access policies.

I couldn’t confirm what error code 800410028 specifically means for Teams on iPhone, so I wouldn’t assume it’s a password issue.

    Hello @Ralph,

According to your issue, there are possible cause to result in this behavior. In order to deal with this issue here below are things you could check on if you are unable to sign in on teams on your mobile devices:

    1.  You would check to confirm if you can sign in teams web version and teams desktop version on computer?

If you couldn't be able to sign in on mobile web version or desktop version on your computer, the issue is related to the account accessibility.

    1. Check the iOS version of the phone because personal teams works with devices using the last two major iOS Version https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/teams/personal/get-started/system-requirements-for-microsoft-teams-personal?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US
    2. On iPhone device try to clear app caches it helps to clear corrupted sign-in data and cached credentials.

    On iPhone:

    • Close Teams completely.
    • Go to Settings > Apps > Teams.
    • If available, enable Clear app data or remove Teams.
    • Reinstall the latest Teams version from the App Store.
    • Try signing in again. Reinstalling/offloading the app clear corrupted data.
    1. Update teams app on App Store to have a latest version of the Application.
    2. If the issue persisted after performing the above steps, please try login in on another phone
