I can't sync my earbuds to my ifone. How can i do this

    To pair Surface Earbuds with an iPhone:

    1. Put the earbuds in the charging case.
    2. Press and hold the Pair button on the bottom of the case for 5 seconds.
    3. Wait for the LED on the case to continuously flash white. That means the earbuds are in pairing mode.
    4. On the iPhone, open Settings > Bluetooth.
    5. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
    6. Under Other Devices, tap Surface Earbuds.

    If this is the first time the case has been opened, the earbuds go into pairing mode automatically.

    Put both earbuds in the case, lid open.

    Hold the button on the back of the case until the light flashes white.

    On iPhone: Settings → Bluetooth → Surface Earbuds.

    Not showing up? Tap (i) next to it in Bluetooth → Forget This Device, turn off Bluetooth on any other device they were paired with (like a PC), then retry. If that fails, hold the case button about 10 seconds to reset, then pair again.
