Is the mouse the only device that the computer cannot find? What about other bluetooth devices, are they connected ok?

If the mouse is the only one having this issue, reset the mouse first. And reconnect, and see if it works.

    Step 1: Restart the mouse

Turn the mouse OFF using the switch underneath.

Remove the AA battery for about 30 seconds.

Reinsert the battery and turn the mouse ON.

Step 2: Reset the Bluetooth connection

Locate the small Connect button underneath the mouse.

Press it to select Bluetooth mode (blue LED).

Hold the button for 3 seconds until the blue light flashes rapidly.

On Windows 11, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.

Remove the existing ERGO M575 entry, if present.

Select Add device > Bluetooth and choose ERGO M575.

    Hi,

Make sure your Bluetooth mouse is turned on and has enough battery. If it uses a USB receiver (dongle), make sure it is properly connected to your computer.

To better determine what may be causing the problem:

    1. Can you connect the Bluetooth mouse to another device to check if it works?
    2. What is the exact make and model of your computer?
    3. Can you check whether the mouse is listed among the previously connected devices in Windows 11? To do this, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices and expand the list of previously connected devices.

Please take a screenshot of the list and share it here.

For a Bluetooth mouse on Windows 11 that stopped being found after removal, use this order:

    1. Check the basics.
      • Make sure the mouse is turned on.
      • Make sure it has charge or fresh batteries.
      • Put the mouse back into pairing mode.
      • Move it closer to the PC.
      • If it is near a USB 3.0 device, move that device away if possible, because unshielded USB devices can interfere with Bluetooth.
    2. Confirm Bluetooth is on in Windows 11.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth and devices.
      • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
    3. Check for Windows updates.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update.
      • Select Check for updates and install anything available.
    4. Restart the PC.
      • Go to Start > Power > Restart.
    5. Try pairing the mouse again.
      • In Settings > Bluetooth and devices, add the device again while the mouse is in pairing mode and within range.
    6. If the mouse still is not found, update the Bluetooth driver.
      • Right-click Start > Device Manager.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter, then select Update driver > Search automatically for drivers.
      • Restart if prompted.
    7. If Bluetooth is missing, grayed out, or still not working, fully power off the PC instead of just restarting.
      • Hold Shift.
      • Select Start > Power > Shut down.
      • Wait 1 minute, then turn the PC back on.
    8. If needed, reinstall the Bluetooth adapter.
      • In Device Manager, expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Uninstall device.
      • Shut down the PC, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
      • Windows should reinstall the driver automatically.
      • If it does not, open Device Manager and select Action > Scan for hardware changes.
    9. If Windows still cannot restore Bluetooth, install the latest Bluetooth driver from the PC manufacturer.

If the Bluetooth toggle or icon is missing in Windows 11, that usually points to a Bluetooth hardware, driver, or firmware problem. Microsoft recommends contacting the PC manufacturer because they may have model-specific steps.
