Row is assigned, but when clicking the row for more detailsUser's image

Loop automatically removes the person that is assigned after closing the expanded details page. This does not happen is I just end the name in plain text. It auto assignment only effect the direct user assignment. Is this a bug for something that need to be fixed through a setting?

Please advise

    Hello Dominic,

I understand that the assigned user disappears from your Loop table after you open and close the row’s expanded details, while plain text remains unaffected.

This is not the expected behavior. To help narrow down the cause, could you please try the following?

    1. Check if the assignment is saved: Assign the user again, refresh the page, and check whether the assignment remains. If it does, open and close the row’s details to see if the issue occurs again. User's image
    2. Test in another table: Create a new Loop table with the same type of assignment field and check whether the issue also occurs there.
    3. Try an InPrivate or Incognito window: Sign in to Microsoft Loop and check whether the same behavior occurs.

If the issue persists, could you please confirm whether it affects all assigned users and whether the assignment is also missing when you reopen the row’s details?

This will help determine whether the issue is specific to the table or a broader problem with Loop.

Please let me know the results.
