I have the same problem. I can't submit a support ticket. I've tried.

For Microsoft for Startups verification issues, submit a support request through the startup experience in Azure Portal.

    Steps:

    1. Go to the Azure portal.
    2. Navigate to the startup homepage.
    3. In the Overview tab, find Your Microsoft Team.
    4. Select Get program support.
    5. Choose the category that best matches the verification issue.

Verification and compliance issues, including business or domain verification, are in scope for Microsoft for Startups Program Support.

If the issue is specifically in Founders Hub, accepted guidance also points to opening a support ticket from the Founders Hub portal by selecting the Support option or using the ? icon and choosing Submit a Support Ticket. When submitting the ticket, include relevant documents or screenshots of the verification failure.
