Can't open ms. Sway

Hi. I can't open Ms. Sway. I can't use all Microsoft to open my account. I've tried various ways, but for some reason it still doesn't work.

    Please note that the Microsoft Sway Windows app is no longer supported as of June 1, 2026. Please open Sway in a supported web browser instead:

    Open Microsoft Sway on the web

    Sign out of all Microsoft accounts, clear the browser’s cookies and cache, restart the browser, and then sign in again using the correct personal, work, or school account.

    If you cannot access other Microsoft services either, use the Microsoft account Sign-in Helper. For a work or school account, contact your organization’s IT administrator.

    If the issue continues, please share the exact error message and confirm whether you are using a personal or work/school account. Do not post your email address publicly. Thank you for your time and hope you have a good day
