I cannot download games I have purchased through Microsoft store or access my Xbox account through the Xbox account.

For Months now I have tried back and forth to download Hitman Absolution ( A game I purchased) as well as many other game pass games through the Microsoft store on my windows PC. I am fully up to date, reinstalled the Store, Gaming Services, and XBOX app multiple times. Gone through every step that is recommended. Used AI help and the issue is still not resolved. Every Time I go to download a game it says "You're Almost ready to play. To Play games on your PC, we need to install some gaming components. You only need to do this once.". However I previously installed and played the game and currently have Balatro downloaded through the same application and can play just fine. At this point I am not sure what else I can do to resolve the issue.
