Called and told that e-mails sent to me are being returned as non-deliverable. Comcast indicates it not their problem

EmilyS726 272.9K Reputation points Independent Advisor2026-10-11T23:38:28.3033333+00:00 So this only happened to one particular sender who's using comcast email address? And this person has emailed your msn.com and hotmail.com but got bounce back email?
If so, I need to know, what exactly does the bounce back say? Without that information, it can be hard to troubleshoot because anything is possible.
