The process of building custom applications and tools that interact with Microsoft SharePoint, including SharePoint Online in Microsoft 365.
Dear @ACK SERVICES
Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you would like your Microsoft Teams List to be the single source of truth, with updates automatically reflected on a SharePoint site page in one direction only.
There are two approaches I would recommend, depending on your setup.
Option 1: Use the SharePoint List web part
If your Teams List and SharePoint page belong to the same SharePoint site, you can display the existing list directly on the page without creating a separate copy.
- Open the SharePoint site associated with your Microsoft Teams team.
- Navigate to the SharePoint page where you want to display the list.
- Select Edit > Add a web part (+) > List.
- Select your existing Teams List.
- Choose the preferred view and publish the page.
Any changes made to the original list through Teams will be reflected on the SharePoint page because both use the same underlying data.
To keep Teams as the intended editing location, you can hide the list controls on the page. However, this does not prevent users with edit permissions from modifying the list elsewhere.

Option 2: Use Power Automate for one-way synchronization
If the Teams List and destination SharePoint List are on different sites, you can create an automated flow:
- Open Power Automate.
- Create an automated cloud flow.
- Select the SharePoint trigger When an item is created or modified.
- Select the SharePoint list associated with Teams as the source.
- Use Get items to check whether the corresponding item exists in the destination list.
- Use Create item or Update item accordingly.
This allows changes to flow from Teams to SharePoint without synchronizing changes in the opposite direction. If you also need deletions synchronized, that requires additional handling.

To recommend the simplest solution, could you please confirm one detail?
- Are your Teams List and SharePoint page located within the same SharePoint site, or are they on two separate SharePoint sites?
- If they are on the same site, I would recommend Option 1 because it avoids unnecessary automation and duplicate data.
I hope this helps.
