A family of Microsoft presentation graphics products that offer tools for creating presentations and adding graphic effects like multimedia objects and special effects with text.
Good day Annija,
To help me better understand the situation and assist you effectively, could you please share a few details such as:
1/ What Microsoft 365 subscription do you have (for example: Microsoft 365 Personal or Microsoft 365 Business Standard)?
2/ What Android device are you using, and what is its screen size?
3/ When you try to create or edit a presentation, do you receive any error message or prompt?
This will help me better understand the context and provide more targeted support. Any additional information will help me better understand and support you.
Please note that while all Microsoft 365 plans allow users to view presentations on mobile devices, editing and creating presentations can depend on the subscription type, device screen size and the account signed in to PowerPoint. For more details, please refer to the article below: What you can do in the Microsoft 365 apps on mobile devices with a Microsoft 365 subscription | Microsoft Support
In the meantime, please try the following steps:
Ensure that your operating system and PowerPoint app are fully updated.
Step 1: Check the account signed in to PowerPoint
Open PowerPoint on your Android device.
Tap your profile or account icon.
Confirm that you are signed in with the personal account or school account that has the Microsoft 365 subscription.
If a different account is signed in, sign out and then sign back in with the correct account.
Step 2: Refresh the app connection
Close PowerPoint completely.
Restart your Android device.
Open PowerPoint and sign out of your account.
Sign back in with the account that has the subscription.
Try creating a new blank presentation.
If the issue continues, reinstall PowerPoint after ensuring your important files are saved to OneDrive or another safe location.
Step 3: Confirm your subscription is active
Check the exact Microsoft 365 plan attached to your account.
1/ If you have a personal subscription, please visit https://account.microsoft.com/services and verify that your subscription is active under your Microsoft account.
2/ If your subscription is provided by a school:
Go to office.com and sign in with your school account.
Select Apps and more > Install apps > Microsoft 365 apps.
Open the Subscriptions tab and review the licenses assigned to your account.
If the required license is assigned, you can contact your school's IT administrator and ask them to verify the license status. They can also remove and reassign the license to refresh the account.
