My account was just recently hacked about 30 minutes ago.
the guy changed the email on the account and the phone number so now i have no way to even login into the account.
is there anyway someone could email me and help me fix this?
I wish I had better news for you, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated data like the Email, then that account is usually no longer recoverable, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.

considering you said you guys cant help if the hacker already has changed the email, then i dont know what to do.
even with the email provided of what the hacker changed it too, that doesnt help at all?
If the process they provide on that link is not successful, most likely your account cannot be recovered, I realize this is a bad situation, but we are just users on this forum and do not have any account access, if you can find a method to contact Microsoft support, they may be able to help you, but usually they just redirect you to the same account recovery form.

what if i make a new aCCOUNT with the email that was originally used? does that do anything?
