Will the Azure credit automatically be upgraded

Hello:

My startup got $5000 Azure credit since 7/6. Now it's 3 months, my workloads were stable, around 10. Will it be upgraded to next tier $25,000? Should I explicitly apply somewhere?

    Follow up question, when you say workload, is it referring to the 'resource' in azure cost management? For example, I have two resource groups, one for DEV, another for PROD, each has PostgreSQL resource, so there are:

    postgres-dev, postgres-prod.

    Do they count as two workloads?
