Startup verification blocked in Jordan: 21-character ID rule and missing support

My Microsoft for Startups Preview account has $200 in credits. Business verification is blocked because the form requires exactly 21 alphanumeric characters, while my official Jordanian commercial registration number has six digits.

Country is correctly set to Jordan. I have not altered or padded the number.

The documented “Your Microsoft Team / Get program support” option is missing. The application-support link redirects me back to the same Preview dashboard.

Could a Microsoft moderator route this to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification, or provide a working private support route?

I can provide my registration certificate and screenshots privately.
