A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hello,
Since you addressed Microsoft Support I need to clarify right away that this is a public community forum where users help other users. I do not work for Microsoft and nobody here has the backend access required to pull up your account logs using that correlation ID to investigate authorization issues directly.
That unknown render failure and unauthorized operation error basically means the cloud service thinks your account no longer has ownership rights to its own OneDrive site. This triggers a total lock out whether you use the Android app, desktop, or the website in incognito mode.
Before I can point you toward the right fix, I need to understand your current setup. Are you using a regular personal Microsoft account, or is this an account provided by a workplace or school?
Also, since you mentioned having over 25 gigabytes of usage, do you currently have an active Microsoft 365 subscription linked to this specific account? Usually, if a paid subscription drops and you are sitting way over the free 5 gigabyte tier, Microsoft completely freezes the storage which can sometimes bug out and throw this exact unauthorized operation message.
Let me know your account and subscription status so we can figure out exactly what happened to your files.
