Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy

Should this not validate that i did not perform whatever happened there??
Microsoft's automated systems determined that the account was used for bad actions and the fact that the activity may have been performed by an attacker does not automatically result in reinstatement.
What are the escalation methods?
You are in the CDOC (Microsoft Digital Safety) que. No one here, nor Microsoft Support agents, have the ability to override or escalate CDOC determinations. i.e. You are already at the end of the road.
And now I've been battling with them for nearly 3 months just to unblock my account, and recover my most important documents locked in OneDrive.
If appeals are no longer receiving responses, that usually indicates that your case has been closed and they are not going to re-open it. There is no alternative CDOC account reinstatement review that I know of.
Any normal person, myself included, looking at the case you have presented would certainly decide that, in all probability, it was not you who performed the bad actions. But (I can only assume) the Digital Safety team is much more pessimistic and is not going to give you the benefit of the doubt.
I am sorry. I know that losing access to your account causes real hardships. I wish I could give you another answer.
