If the addresses are saved as contacts, delete them from the People area in Outlook:

    • New Outlook or Outlook on the web / Outlook.com
      1. Select People on the side or left pane.
      2. Select the contact to remove.
      3. Select Delete from the ribbon, or right-click the contact and select Delete.
      4. Select Delete again to confirm.
    • Classic Outlook for Windows
      1. Select People on the navigation bar.
      2. Select the contact.
      3. Select Delete on the ribbon, or right-click the contact and select Delete.

    Important:

    • Only contacts stored in personal contacts folders can be deleted.
    • Contacts from the Global Address List cannot be edited or deleted there; those require administrator assistance.

If the entries are part of a contact list rather than individual contacts, deleting the contact list does not delete the contacts themselves.
