Hello Jeff Moyer,
The AI response already provides the available self-service removal steps. Could you confirm whether s3ga.onmicrosoft.com appeared under Organizations, and what happened when you selected Leave?
If the organization was not listed, the Leave option was unavailable, or an error appeared, this likely requires account-level assistance that cannot be performed through Microsoft Q&A. Please contact Microsoft Support while signed in with the affected personal account.

When contacting support, explain:
My personal Microsoft account is still associated with the stale Microsoft Entra tenant s3ga.onmicrosoft.com. The self-service Leave option is unavailable or unsuccessful, and I need the tenant association reviewed and removed.
I hope you can get the support you need, have a nice day.
