I was going to redeem some of my points today and saw that almost all options are greyed out stating "on the go?" I looked at others with similar issues and never saw any resolutions. I was trying Amazon and the Walmart but both are not available for me.

    Hello,

That on the go message in usually triggers when the system detects you are outside your normal region or country. Are you using a VPN, proxy, or a work network right now that might be routing your internet traffic somewhere else? Also are you currently traveling or did you just get back from a trip?

Let me know so we can figure this out.

The "On the go?" message usually means the reward cannot be redeemed because of region or other eligibility restrictions.

    Check these common causes:

    1. Redeem only in the same region where the Microsoft Rewards account was signed up. Rewards points cannot be redeemed while traveling in another market or region.
    2. Do not use a VPN or proxy. Microsoft specifically says not to use a VPN when redeeming points.
    3. Use a mobile or landline phone number for verification, not a VoIP number.
    4. If phone verification failed too many times, wait 48 hours before trying again.
    5. Some gift cards may simply be unavailable or out of stock. Microsoft states that some gift cards are not always available and recommends checking the Redeem page again later.

To verify the order status for anything already attempted:

    1. Sign in to the Rewards page.
    2. Select Redeem.
    3. Select Order history.
    4. Check the Status column for the order.

If the account is in the home region, no VPN is being used, and the rewards are still greyed out, the documented next step is to contact Microsoft Rewards Support using the support form.
