    Hello Joanne Roszkowski,

Could you clarify what is no longer appearing: the Cashback notification on shopping pages, the Cashback section in Copilot, or your Cashback dashboard and transaction history?

Microsoft is moving Edge shopping features, including Cashback, into the Copilot sidebar. Please open a supported product page in Microsoft Edge and check the Copilot pane or the address bar for a Cashback notification.

Also, make sure that Edge is up to date, you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account, and Save time and money with Shopping in Microsoft Edge is enabled under Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Search and connected experiences.

Please note that availability can vary by region and account as the updated experience is being rolled out gradually. You can find more information here: Changes to Shopping in Edge.

Let me know which Cashback section is missing and whether you can still access your Cashback dashboard directly. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Microsoft Cashback is being moved from Edge’s standalone shopping icon and checkout flyouts into Copilot in Edge, so check for it in the Copilot sidebar while viewing an eligible product page.^1^

    Find Cashback in Edge

    1. Open Microsoft Edge and select the Copilot icon in the sidebar.
    2. Visit the product page where you expected Cashback.
    3. Look in the Copilot pane or address bar for a Cashback eligible notification.
    4. Confirm that Edge is signed in with the Microsoft account associated with Microsoft Rewards.
    5. Open Edge → Settings and more (…) → Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Search and connected experiences.
    6. Turn on Save time and money with Shopping in Microsoft Edge.
    7. Open Settings and more (…) → Help and feedback → About Microsoft Edge and allow Edge to update if needed, then restart it.

Microsoft notes that Cashback alerts are still being developed and may not appear for every user. Availability is also being rolled out by region, with the United States receiving features first and other markets following later.^1^

If Cashback remains absent on supported shopping pages after these checks, submit the issue through the Microsoft Rewards Support form. Microsoft identifies Rewards Support as the escalation route when the Rewards help pages do not resolve the issue.^2^
