How do I change my outlook back to English when all my icons are in some form of vietnamese and no language optiond str available in Settings?

    Hi, you can open Outlook’s language settings directly without navigating the unfamiliar menus:

    https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/general/timeAndLanguage

    Under Language (“Ngôn ngữ” in Vietnamese), select English (United States) or English (United Kingdom) >> Save (“Lưu”), then refresh Outlook.
