Why is my 30 day program not working I did everything

Submit a ticket through Microsoft Rewards Support because the unidentified 30-day offer does nothing and shows no error, which requires an account-specific review that community users cannot perform.^1^

Include this information in the ticket:

• A screenshot of the 30-day offer and the button that does nothing.
• The offer’s exact name and where it appears: Bing, Rewards dashboard, Xbox, mobile app, or elsewhere.
• The date and task/day where progress stopped.
• Whether the Rewards points balance or streak changed.
• Your country/region, device, browser/app, and the approximate time of the failed attempt.
• State that clearing browser data and removing the VPN did not fix it.

Check the account and offer state first

Since clearing data and removing the VPN have already been tried, do not repeat those steps.

1. Open the Microsoft Rewards dashboard and verify that it shows the same Microsoft account used for the 30-day offer.
2. Check whether the task displays a green checkmark, whether the points balance changed, or whether the streak reset. Microsoft identifies signing into a different account, account/database synchronization, market differences, and device time-zone differences as possible reasons progress may not register.^2^
3. Confirm the device’s date, time, time zone, and country/region are correct. Do not change them merely to access another market; Rewards offers and earning rates vary by region.^2^
4. Open the Redeem page from the dashboard and look for the Roblox/Robux reward. Gift cards are not always available, and Microsoft Support cannot provide a restock date.^3^

If points were already deducted

Open Rewards Order History, select the Robux order, and choose Order Details to retrieve the code or Resend for another confirmation email.^2^

If there is no order, no progress, and no error after these checks, attach screenshots of the dashboard and offer to the Rewards Support ticket. Do not post your email address, phone number, redemption code, or other account details publicly.
