I have 2 Microsoft 365 accounts - 1 family and 1 Personal. I canceled the Family account in 2025 but keep getting billed. The personal account is on my iPhone, and I want to keep it but need help transferring it to my PC.
The credit card company will be contacting you about the family account. Here is the documentation for both

Thank you

If you have a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, you can download and install the Office apps on your PC from your Microsoft account on this link without the need for a product key.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If this is not successful, what error is indicated, and is that a Windows PC or Apple Mac computer?

For the Family subscription, is that still listed on your Microsoft account on that link above, and if so, is it indicated as still active, and have you disabled the recurring billing on the Family subscription.

Also, do you pay Microsoft directly for the subscriptions, or did you purchase the subscriptions through the Appl App Store.

    1. Check where the Family subscription is billed from:
      • Sign in to Services & subscriptions at account.microsoft.com/services with the Microsoft account that had the Family plan.
      • If Manage, Cancel, or Change payment appears, it is billed by Microsoft.
      • If those options are missing or limited, it is likely managed by a third party.
    2. If the Family subscription was bought on iPhone or through the App Store:
      • It must be managed in Apple ID subscription settings.
      • Microsoft cannot cancel, refund, or modify billing for subscriptions purchased through Apple.
    3. If the Family subscription was bought directly from Microsoft and billing continues:
      • Confirm the cancellation status on Services & subscriptions.
      • Check the subscription end date.
      • A charge can still happen if cancellation was made less than 2 days before the billing date.
      • Also confirm the correct Microsoft account was used, because charges can come from a different Microsoft account using the same card.
    4. If there are two Microsoft accounts using the same credit card:
      • Review order history for duplicate purchases.
      • If only one charge appears in one account, another Microsoft account may also be using that same card.
      • Use Payment options > Investigate to search for other accounts using the card.
    5. To keep the Personal subscription on the iPhone account:
      • Sign in with that same Microsoft account when using Microsoft 365 on the PC.
      • If that Personal subscription was purchased through Apple, subscription billing remains managed through Apple ID settings.
    6. A Microsoft 365 subscription cannot be transferred from one Microsoft account to another.
      • If the goal is to use the existing Personal subscription on the PC, sign in on the PC with the same Microsoft account that owns that subscription.
    7. If the Family subscription was shared and then removed or stopped:
      • Files remain intact.
      • Subscription benefits expire, including the larger OneDrive storage benefit and full desktop Office app editing rights.
    8. If billing still continues after these checks, use Microsoft account support or Contact Support for billing investigation.
