Create a scheduled cloud flow in Power Automate, configure it to run weekly on three selected days, and add the Microsoft 365 Outlook Send an email (V2) action.
Create the recurring email
- Sign in to Power Automate.
- Select My flows → Cloud flows → Create from blank.
- Select Add a trigger, search for Recurrence, and select it.
- Configure the recurrence:
- Interval:
1 - Frequency:
Week - Time zone: Select your local time zone.
- On these days: Select the three required days, such as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- At these hours: Select the sending hour.
- At these minutes: Enter the minute, from
0to59.
- Interval:
Power Automate supports selecting multiple days when the recurrence frequency is Week.^1^
- Under the recurrence trigger, select +:
- In the new designer, select Add an action.
- In the classic designer, select New step.
- Search for Send an email (V2) and select the action under Microsoft 365 Outlook.
- Complete:
- To: The recipient’s email address.
- Subject: The subject to send each time.
- Body: The repeated email content.
- Select Save.^2^
Test it
- Select Test on the flow toolbar.
- Select Manually → Test.
- Select Run flow.
- Confirm that the run finishes with a green check mark and the recipient receives the message.
- Review 28-day run history on the flow’s details page if the message does not arrive.^2^
The flow will then send the same message automatically on each of the three selected weekdays. To pause or change it later, open Power Automate → My flows, select the flow, and edit or turn it off.
