an update wiped my office key that is over 10 years old. i cant find it on my machine.
A family of Microsoft word processing software products for creating web, email, and print documents.
What version of Office do you have? If it is Office 2016, it should still be associated with your Microsoft account, and you would not need the key to reinstall Office.
Office was installed around 2015 or 2016 and has worked since. It was installed by a computer company so I have no idea what the key is and it's not linked to 1 of my accounts. Office worked fine until a recent update that wiped out my key and probably for millions of others. Now my laptop says 2029 professional plus and is asking for a key. All because of sn update.
