Hi @Magnus Rendall

Could you please provide a bit more detail about the blocked email address?

What exact error message do you receive when trying to set up the account?
Is the email address a personal account (e.g., Outlook.com) or a work/school account?
What Microsoft service are you signing up for?
Has this email address ever been used with a Microsoft account previously?

If possible, please share a screenshot of the error (with any personal information removed). This will help me identify why the address is being blocked and advise on the appropriate steps to unblock it.

If you are trying to create the account again, please try the following:

Use Microsoft Edge and create the account in an InPrivate window.

Try a different device, and preferably a desktop or laptop computer if you're currently using a mobile device.

Ensure you are not connected to a VPN, proxy, or corporate network during the sign-up process.

If possible, switch to a different internet connection, such as a home network or mobile hotspot.
