it says account has been blocked we have noticed suspicions actions when i tried to create it as i got stuck in the are you a human loop

If you are trying to create the account again, please try the following:

i was using the laptop to start with and got through to the prove your a human, that's where it went wrong, it was when i tried again on the desktop it said the account address was blocked, i will try again in edge next week when i am back in the office
